No joining fee in all the plans or policies, you only pay the premium from the onset.
The inception date is on the date we receive the first premium.
Should a client decide to cancel or terminate the policy after joining, the No refund rule shall apply in all policies irrespective of the circumstances; the premium(s) cannot in any way be refunded in full or in part.
Claims are not exchanged for cash because it is only for the service.
Three (3) months waiting period shall apply in all our policies or plans.
Notice of 30 days will be given in the event premiums are to increase.
Joining our policies from another undertaker the waiting period shall be 2 months.
The grocery fund is categorised according to the policy plan should a client opt for money rather than groceries — see the product plans for information.
The cover shall remain in force until the death of the principal policyholder or voluntary termination of the policy.
If the service is rendered by another undertaker other than Mighty Kingdom, the client shall claim an amount applicable to that cover.
Repatriation or pick-up shall cover the radius of 300 km including return trip. Should the radius exceed 300 km, then an additional fee will be charged at R10 per kilometre.
Premiums are to be paid not later than the 10th of every month.
Should a client fail to honour the payment for 1 month and 2 months, a fine shall be R1400 for MK001; R1600 for MK002; R2200 for MK003 and R2500 for MK005.
Failure to honour the payment of premiums for three (3) consecutive months, the policy shall automatically be terminated or lapse. No negotiations shall be entered into as the policy has ceased to exist.
When the policy has lapsed the policyholder will have to rejoin and be subjected to a new waiting period.
